• Be hands-on, build and lead cross-functional squads of engineers by example
• Define and implement engineering standards and champion engineering excellence
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to accelerate development whilst increasing stability
• Instil a strong engineering culture in your squads and create a collaborative environment for your team
• Ensure your squads are obsessed with automation.
• Champion agile development You Build it You Own it culture.
• Own the low- and high-level architecture and solution design for your platforms, including practices, patterns and technical stack selection.
• Grow, support and develop engineers.

• Graduated with good grade or higher majoring in Information Technology, Mathematics, Electronics and Telecommunications at universities of science and technology
• Demonstrable experience implementing enterprise grade web applications
• 8 years’ experience in hands-on web development using JavaScript and/or Typescript
• Deep understanding of Angular, RXJS and optimising for performance at scale
• Demonstrable experience with test automation and exposure to modern frameworks including Jest, Nx, MonoRepo and PACT.
• Familiarity with common CICD tool chains and deployment environments including Jenkins, Kubernetes, Nginx and ArgoCD
• Have experience in managing a team, strong leadership skill and problem solving skill
