- Account Setup and Maintenance:
- Collaborate with the US-based Account Manager to complete the setup and onboarding process for new ShedPro clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
- Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and account growth.
- Address and resolve any technical or operational issues/requests raised by clients, escalating critical matters to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for ShedPro clients during the maintenance phase and establish strong professional relationships with them.
- Understand clients' business models, needs, and objectives to tailor ShedPro solutions that align with their requirements.
- Regularly communicate with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and gather feedback to enhance the client experience.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the US-based Account Manager to devise effective strategies and plans for client onboarding process as well as account growth and retention.
- Liaise with the product development team to stay up-to-date with ShedPro's latest features, enhancements, and updates.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the product development team and the Account Manager to ensure timely project delivery and issue resolution.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of ShedPro's features, functionalities, and applications.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on ShedPro's usage and best practices to maximize their benefits from the product.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on client account performance, milestones, and potential growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, requirements, and project updates.
- Native speaker of Vietnamese, fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening, reading)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Account Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in the software/technology industry.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
