Accountant

• Maintain full sets of accounts for the management company and/or investment vehicles

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Handle fund accounting activities including NAV calculation, investor reporting, and capital calls/distributions (if applicable)

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, fund administrators, and banks

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Assist with tax filings (corporate tax, GST/VAT where applicable)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (experience in fund management, asset management, or financial services is a strong advantage)

• Good understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP)

• Familiarity with fund structures and investment accounting is a plus

• Proficient in accounting systems and Excel

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
