- Lead the market entry strategy and oversee the full setup of local operations.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and adapt the company’s offerings to local market requirements.
- Own the local P&L, including revenue targets, cost management, and profitability goals.
- Build strong relationships with merchants, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional Merchants experience tailored to local needs.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing local team aligned with the company’s values.
- Provide ongoing leadership and mentorship to local teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Previous work experience (Ideally 8 years ) in senior leadership roles, ideally from POS or Payment related industries
- Proven track record in building and scaling operations in new markets (good to have).
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and resilience in fast-paced environments.
