Day-to-day manage production schedule alignment with CM, be the focal point of planning process. Include coordination of resolving the material, quality, Eng. issues with HQ and CM/vendors when needed.
Day-to-day follow up the material shortage (CTB) with material planner and CM.
Day-to-day follow up the NPI material and BP with HQ Eng. team and CM.
Day-to-day provide FG shipment instruction to CM, work together with material planner.
Day-to-day follow up the ECO/DEV/BOM implementation with CM.
Implement choke ECO/DEV in Oracle when needed.
Weekly work out the 4-6 weeks’ BP with CM, demand planner.
Quarterly work out BP commitment per FCST with CM.
Day-to-day SE raw material PO management, includes placing the Pos per PR, rescheduling Pos, and maintaining delivery date in Oracle when needed.
Day-to-day follow up shipment doc. of SE RM OPOs with vendors and create the ASN, sales order in the system, to complete the receiving and selling process with bonded, HQ WH, CM.
Consistently seeking new opportunities to improve processes.
Analyze Reason for output loss and yield.

College degree or above.
Experience of 2-5 years as a demand planner at a multidisciplinary company.
Purchasing experience is a big advantage.
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, sense of responsibility.
Good knowledge on process, product and quality.
Strong ability to learn, logical thinking.
Excellent fluent English-Read/Write and Speaking.
Excellent knowledge in MS-office.
Experience with Agile system and ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
