Electrical Engineer

• Design electrical schematics using EPLAN or CAD software.
• Select appropriate electrical components and prepare project material lists.
• Develop PLC programs and HMI interfaces to support automation systems.
• Configure equipment parameters and conduct PLC testing to ensure reliability.
• Design power supply and distribution systems for production facilities.
• Build and integrate industrial networking and communication systems.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support workshop renovation projects and resolve equipment issues.
• Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure proper installation, configuration, and acceptance of electrical systems.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical design, PLC programming, or industrial automation (fresh graduates with strong technical background are also welcome).
• Proficiency in English for daily communication; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, achievement motivation, and desire for rapid personal growth.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Strong teamwork abilities and resilience under pressure.
