It is a decision-owning consulting role within the Customer Value Governance Workflow (CVGW).Key Responsibilities:Customer Consulting & Use Case OwnershipEngage with multiple customer stakeholders (Business, IT, Ops, Security)Analyze customer problems, constraints, and success criteriaDefine and validate Use Case Definitions in HubSpotIdentify assumptions, dependencies, and risks earlySolution Evaluation & RecommendationCompare Solution Options (effort, risk, trade-offs)Assess product capability fit and identify gapsWork with Product Sales Support to validate feasibilityWork with SA/ Technical Presale to recommend solutions aligned with customer value and delivery realityDecision Ownership & GovernanceOwn and maintain the Decision LogClearly document (What is approved? Why it is approved?
