TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs) are third-party experts who can help sellers start a business, sell products, and manage content for their e-commerce businesses on TikTok Shop. They can now browse all services provided by TikTok Shop Partner and authorise the services that suit their business.
This role is responsible for managing and optimizing our partner ecosystem through comprehensive performance tracking, relationship management, and data-driven insights to drive business growth and partner satisfaction.Responsibilities:
1. **Performance Monitoring & Business Analytics**
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for partner account managers on a quarterly basis
- Conduct regular reviews of partner and seller performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain comprehensive tracking systems and dashboards for business performance monitoring2. **Partner Relationship & Experience Management**
- Implement partner reactivation initiatives to improve retention and engagement
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to enhance partner experience
- Investigate reasons for partner disengagement and develop improvement strategies3. **Campaign & Project Coordination**
- Manage and evaluate partner campaigns and special projects to drive business objectives
- Develop and maintain partner matching systems and automation processes
- Prepare and manage partner and seller lead pools for business development initiatives4. **Product & Feature Advocacy**
- Track and advocate for partner feature requests and product improvements
- Coordinate with product teams to ensure partner needs are addressed in platform development5. **Cross-functional Collaboration & Support**
- Support enterprise-level teams with partner data tracking and performance analysis
- Collaborate with various business units to align partner initiatives with organizational goals
- Coordinate monetization tracking and performance evaluation across partner collaborations6. **Data Analysis & Strategic Reporting**
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis requests to support business decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and strategic reports for business reviews
- Generate insights and performance snapshots to inform partner strategyQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, partner management, or e-commerce. Experience with partner ecosystems or platform business models
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. Experience with tracking systems and performance dashboards
