- Research and select promising ideas to create prototypes that can bring great experience to players of the casual/puzzle genre and other game genres
- Detailing the gameplay ideas into Game Design Document
- The most critical task is designing and balancing the game system in-game economy, and difficulty progression.
- Design levels for puzzle games.
- Monitor and analyze game performance and user data to improve existing features and game KPI metrics.
- Leading the collaborative process with other designers, artists, and programmers to transform game concepts into high-quality products with solid player engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Continuously review development progress to ensure the final product quality meets high expectations.
- Strategic plan for game monetization and apply the good practices
- Leading the A/B Test effort to find out more insight, and share with others.
- Collaborate with data analysts/data engineers to analyze market data to get insight.
- Backlog Planning (Refine/Grooming)
- Break the Game Design Document into smaller components
- Set goals, and priorities and assign issues & related tasks for each sprint.
- Sprint Planning & Sprint review: Prepare the document before the meeting
- Knowledge about Game mechanics, game flow, and tool support for game designing.
- At least 3 years experience in Data Analytics, statistical, and probability skill
- Graduated from University that requires Math, Probability, and Logic skill
- Prototyping or ideation know-how
- Knowledge about Games statistic & tracking
- Plus points if you have:
- User psychology & biology
- A statistic in casual games (hybrid monetization model)
- Background in technical or programming
- Knowledge about the Mobile game market, game trending especially in the casual and puzzle genre
- Drive for results, Self-motivated & Self-organized
- Self-critique and accept outside critique

- Passion for playing and making games

- Experience shipping one or more puzzle/arcade/casual games
- Ability to create a prototype by yourself with any creation software or game engine (Unity3d, cocos, Game Maker,...)
