- Lead and conduct market demand and competitiveness study
- Identify Portfolio competitiveness, propose market penetration/revamp plan, focusing on key market segment and installer account.
- Driving brand awareness in owner and designer stakeholders. Introducing Siemens brand and specification to project's design and preference by project's owners
- Mechanical Engineer with HVAC Sale Expertise: 5-10 years of experience in HVAC product sales, with strong knowledge of HVAC control process. Additional knowledge in Building Automation or HVAC design, installation is a plus.
- Technical & Regulatory Knowledge: Extensive understanding of HVAC control p technologies and industry trend, field experience as installer or commissioning work is a plus.
- Strategic & Agile: Proven ability to align Siemens Device portfolio with client requirement on budget and application, adapting to highly competitive environments.
- Effective Communicator: Skilled at translating technical advantage of Siemens product into clear value for stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and end-users. Good English skill required, convincing ability is a plus.
- Collaborative & Accountable: Self-driven team player who thrives in cross-functional, multicultural environments focused on customer success and safety.
