Team: Customer Product MarketingRole OverviewWe are hiring a Marketing Executive to own campaign and promotion execution. This role starts from hands-on execution and gradually expands to performance tracking and optimization.Strategy is not required at the beginning — execution excellence is.Key Responsibilities1. Campaign & Promotion Execution (Primary Focus)
  • Set up and launch promotions accurately and on time
  • Coordinate cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Design, Ops)
  • Monitor live campaigns and resolve issues
  • Ensure mechanics are simple, scalable, and efficient
2. Performance Monitoring (Secondary, Gradual)
  • Track basic KPIs and revenue impact
  • Support post-campaign reviews
  • Identify optimization opportunities
Expectations
  • Execution should be efficient and structured
  • Able to manage workload smartly (execution should not consume full monthly capacity once ramped)
  • Solution-oriented and proactive
  • Curious, ambitious, and improvement-driven
  • Energetic, collaborative, and emotionally mature
Ideal Profile
  • 1–2 years in Marketing / Growth / Campaign / E-commerce
  • Strong Excel / data tracking skills
  • Detail-oriented but commercially aware
  • Focused on impact, not just activity
