- Responsible for answering the switchboard and ensuring that the contacts are directed at the appropriate personnel
- Ensure the reception area is always attended during office hours
- Ensure that the meeting rooms are always tidy
- Screen all clients/visitors and make sure that all guests are escorted to the meeting rooms and offered drinks
- Take messages and forward these immediately to the appropriate recipients
- Make sure that appropriate messages are used for after hours and public/firm holidays
- Ensure that the contact list is updated for use at the reception area
- Treat all office matters with the utmost confidentiality
- Handle other duties as assigned by management (car booking, taxi reconciliation, meeting room booking, etc.)
- Good communication skills and good command of spoken English
- Good computer literacy (MS Word/Excel/Power Point)
- Proactive and well-organized
- Conscientious, service and customer-oriented
- Result-oriented
- Able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduates with majors in Office Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree or having 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist.
