Operations & Program Management Lead daily operations for TDM production, ensuring output, yield, cost, and delivery targets are met. Manage multi-site manufacturing and supplier operations, driving alignment on schedules, capacity, and readiness. Coordinate build plans for EV, DV, MP and sustaining phases. Drive operational risk assessment and mitigation plans (e.g., supply constraints, manpower, equipment uptime). Ensure stable yield performance through process control, SPC, and issue containment. Manage TDM+ suppliers for panels, touch sensors, OCA/OCR, cover glass, and module assembly. Evaluate supplier capability, readiness, and multi-geo expansion feasibility. Work with cross-functional teams (ME, EE, TE, PE, PM) to develop validation plans and ensure milestone completion. Support strategic roadmap for touch and display module technologies. Provide regular updates on performance metrics: yield, quality, cost, delivery, and risk. Provide technical guidance on touch sensor, display module, lamination, OCA/OCR, and optical performance. Troubleshoot complex engineering issues, including electrical, mechanical, optical, and process deviations. Partner with design and R&D teams to influence product architecture, component selection, and manufacturability. Lead technical reviews with suppliers (DFM, DFR, MP readiness, CTQ/CTF alignment). Senior Factory Management Engineer Manager, Factory Management Engineering Experience leading NPI programs from EV to MP. Ability to travel to supplier sites (e.g., China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Korea). 8-12+ years of experience in display, touch module, or consumer electronics manufacturing. Experience with automotive or high-reliability display modules. Knowledge of PFAS-free materials, advanced OCA/OCR, and next-generation lamination processes. Familiarity with AI-based process control or digital manufacturing systems.
