- Service sales & proposal and contract management (POG, SFM, FM)
- Internal service price policy set-up and quotation to customers
- Develop MOD & Repair sales and Spare Parts sales
- Manage A/R collection from customers
- Cooperate effectively with cross-functional Department, especially with accounting and logistics to ensure receivables and delivery of products is managed.
- Accurate order forecast management and report to General Director
- Interpret business performance and promotes its understanding in its business unit
- Lead and motivate a team of business analysis
- Maintain consistency of reporting and system use
- Regulatory compliance
- Be in charge of induction, training, coaching team & staff
- Other duties not mentioned above but as required by GDREQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or Master degree. Good knowledge of Elevator/Escalator field, have equivalent qualification on elevator/ escalator is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in Service Manager/Team Leader.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of budgeting, planning and statutory reporting, cost management, sales system.
- Good command of English.
- Strategic thinking, have project and personnel management skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and lead personnel.
- Strong communication skills
- Good networking, good contacts and relations with related authorities.
