- Operate the assigned equipment in the packaging area to implement the daily production plan in accordance with the process. Check the stable and safe operation of the equipment during the shift.
- Perform the inspection and use of consumables/parts in accordance with the specifications
- Product quality inspection includes: package weight, package bond, production date, oxygen content in the package, swelling, deflation, etc. according to the prescribed frequency during the production process.
- Handle and report faults and irregularities of equipment to relevant departments to maintain machine operation; record work orders for follow-up after repair or need further investigation.
- Clean equipment and buildings according to the post-production cleaning process and according to the factory's cleaning plan.
- Use and preserve chemicals and tools in accordance with regulations
- Understand the KPIs of raw material and fuel loss, estimated use to maintain equipment according to standards and meet requirements.
- Safety & Quality Compliance
- Ensure absolute safety during machine operation, minimize risks and prevent unsafe incidents through mastering occupational safety regulations and standards, understanding the structure and function of safety systems on equipment and machines.
- Carry out periodic risk assessments along with monitoring to identify potential hazards, propose preventive measures and improve working conditions.
- Apply the LOTO process to ensure the machine does not operate unintentionally during maintenance or repair.
- Ensure all relevant personnel are trained and comply with the LOTO process.
- Proactively report problems that do not ensure food safety and hygiene or quality standards that need to be considered
- Recognize and join the CAPA reporting team to find the root cause and take corrective action
- Compliance with GMP, 5S rules
- Supervise the compliance with the rules and regulations of contractor employees, 3rd party employees, etc. in the working area and report when there is a case of violation to the head of the production team in the packaging area or production supervision.
- Comply with working processes and regulations on: occupational safety, GMP, Environmental protection, 5S to achieve control indicators (KPIs) in the production area.
- Report
- Record completely, accurately, and frequently the equipment operating parameters, product quality inspection results, etc. into the report forms.
- Immediately report problems arising during production shifts to the production team leader in the packaging area or production supervision
- Other Requirements
- Propose improvements or participate in project groups (if any) to improve labor productivity, reduce production costs, and improve production efficiency
- Participate in the TPM Edge program and take on the role of AM member to help maintain the condition of machines in standard conditions.
- Consult with the upgrade or launch project team to run a new product if applicable
- College degree or higher.
- Know how to use Excel, Word office software (knowing how to use SAP is an advantage)
- Basic English skills (read HMI control words)
- Priority is given to understanding the quality management system and food hygiene and safety.
- Can work in shifts
