This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing essential sales documentation, and supporting internal processes to drive operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Salesforce ManagementMaintain and manage the Salesforce system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completenessCustomize Salesforce fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports to support sales operations and business requirementsProvide training, guidance, and support to sales team members on Salesforce functionalities and best practicesSales SupportProvide administrative and operational support to the VNIC sales team, including preparation of quotations, contracts, and minutes of confirmation, as well as coordinating internal approvals and related documentationReporting, Analysis & DocumentationGenerate, analyze, and distribute sales reports and dashboards, providing insights on trends, risks, opportunities, and performance tracking (including forecasting and budgeting support)Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure all sales documentation and customer contracts (validity, terms, renewal status) are properly managed, compliant, and easily accessibleCollaboration & DKSH CoordinationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal departments to support sales initiatives and achieve business objectivesAct as the key coordinator with DKSH, representing the Sales Manager in commercial discussions, quotation issuance, and coordination of credit terms, credit limits, and debt managementParticipate in sales meetings and provide administrative and coordination support as requireWhat You’ll Bring to UsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field1–2 years of experience in sales administration or administrative support (fresh graduates are welcome)Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantageStrong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Basic English communication skills (reading and writing)Experience in a multinational or B2B environment is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive health + wellness benefit planContinuous professional development with many opportunities for growthAccess to a wide variety of internal and external training courses on our learning systemWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired job requirement.
