Procurement Operations Specialist

• Manage and implement third-party policies and procedures across the company.
• Organize and deliver procurement system training; develop training materials and provide user support.
• Provide Level 0 technical support for procurement systems (e.g., Coupa P2P, CRA) and coordinate with Group COE for issue resolution, and performance.
• Review procurement transactions for compliance, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and update Procurement team to ensure timely completion.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B, FMCG, Insurance, or Finance.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use programming or analytical tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, Python, or others (Power BI is a key priority).
• Experience working with expense management systems such as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, etc. is nice to have; experience in supplier management and data analysis is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (Speaking & Listening).
