Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Quality Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Must strictly comply with instructions from the Manager and Top Management.
- Ensure that subordinates follow your directives and Top Management.
2. Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight:
- Oversee, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with all applicable standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and customer requirements.
- Lead all internal and customer audits, including certification body audits, and ensure all necessary documentation and processes are prepared and in place.
- Support and coordinate customer inspection activities, ensuring required documentation and procedures are fully prepared.
- Manage the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) program, ensuring robust root cause analysis and effective corrective/preventive actions.
- Review and monitor quality performance data, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Handle customer complaints by investigating root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions, using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D tools to ensure effective, long-term solutions.
- Support design changes, ensuring proper documentation, validation, and communication across relevant teams.
- Ensure that all quality control processes, including product inspections, testing, and reporting, meet defined standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance and manufacturing.Job requirements
1. Education - Graduated from university or higher with a major in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Experience.
- Age: ≤ 28 years old
- Minimum of 1 years of professional experience in engineering or quality roles, preferably with project management experience, factory audit experience, or experience in factory quality management.
- Currently holding a comparable or higher-level position, such as Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing, maintaining, and improving a QMS that is certified to a recognized standard (e.g. ISO 9001).
- In-depth knowledge of quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
3. Skills
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
