- 3–5年以上制造业质量管理经验
- 有照明、电源、电子制造等相关行业经验
- 熟悉 ISO 质量体系及质量工具应用
- 具备中英文工作沟通能力
- 能接受长期驻越南工作
- 有越南或东南亚制造业工作经验
- 有供应商质量管理或工厂质量体系搭建经验
- 熟悉 SPC / MSA / FMEA / PPAP / 8D 等质量工具

- Lead and manage overall site-level quality operations within the manufacturing facility
- Maintain and continuously improve the ISO quality management system (e.g., ISO9001 and related standards)
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control processes
- Manage supplier quality performance, including supplier qualification and continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, and 8D to analyze and resolve quality issues
- Handle customer quality issues and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions
- Organize and lead internal audits, external audits, and management reviews
- Build, lead, and develop the local quality team through training and performance management
- Chinese nationality
- Bachelors degree or above in engineering or a related field
- 3–5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience in lighting, power supply, electronics, or related industries
- Solid understanding of ISO quality systems and manufacturing quality processes
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Willingness to travel frequently and work long-term in Vietnam
- Previous working experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia
- Experience in supplier quality management and factory quality system implementation
- Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, and 8D
