- Support employer branding content for social media and recruitment platforms
- Assist in creating internal communication materials
- Contribute ideas to showcase EPOS culture and employee experiences
- Support the planning and execution of internal activities, team events, and engagement programs
- Coordinate logistics and communication for company initiatives
- Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or related fields
- Experience organizing events or participating in university clubs/activities is a plus
- Able to dedicate full-time availability for a 3-6 month engagement
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize AI tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail with good communication and time management skills
- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude, with good organizational and coordination skills (especially for events or activities)
- Good English communication skills are mandatory
