The role involves creating and maintaining Vendor and Customer Master Data in SAP and supporting related reporting and coordination activities.Key Responsibilities

Creation of Vendor/Customer Master Data in SAP
Maintenance of Vendor/Customer Master Data in SAP
Maintaining reports
Co-coordinating with Stakeholders
Verification of Documents provided for Master records
Follow up with Vendors and Internal teams
Managing/Saving Documents on Shared Locations for Audits
Participate in Internal/External Audits
Promptly Escalate matters to senior members
Working on Daily queues

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Candidate must have excellent Vietnamese & English professional language skills

Preferred / Good to Have

Basic understanding of financial systems such as Oracle, Maconomy, or Navision
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Good verbal and Written Communication Skills in Vietnamese and English.
Exposure to SAP MDM is an added advantage
