- Configure and support FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center, Profit Center), ensuring integration with MM, SD, PM, Procurement, and PP.
- Manage financial processes including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and controlling functions.
- Support end-to-end financial operations, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy end-to-end SAP FICO solutions, ensuring seamless integration across modules.
- Prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and Detailed Design Specifications (DDS).
- Participate in system enhancements, rollouts, and transformation projects (including S/4HANA).
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), provide user training, and deliver continuous functional support.
- Develop and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and training documentation.
- Act as the key liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
- Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and design discussions with stakeholders.
- Support project delivery across multiple regions and business units
- 5+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO configuration and support.
- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least 1 S/4HANA project.
- Strong experience in financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Solid understanding of integration with MM, SD, PM, and Procurement modules.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in documentation, solution design, and process optimization.
- Experience with SAP ASAP or Activate methodology.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (SAP certification is a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global environment.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management processes.
- Experience in asset accounting lifecycle (acquisition, depreciation, disposal).
- Exposure to Plant Maintenance (PM) and manufacturing finance integration.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and financial dashboards.
