ResponsibilitiesConfiguration & Support
  • Configure and support FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center, Profit Center), ensuring integration with MM, SD, PM, Procurement, and PP.
  • Manage financial processes including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and controlling functions.
  • Support end-to-end financial operations, ensuring system stability and performance.
Solution Design
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy end-to-end SAP FICO solutions, ensuring seamless integration across modules.
  • Prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and Detailed Design Specifications (DDS).
  • Participate in system enhancements, rollouts, and transformation projects (including S/4HANA).
User Engagement
  • Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), provide user training, and deliver continuous functional support.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and training documentation.
  • Act as the key liaison between business users and technical teams.
Problem-Solving
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-go-live support.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and design discussions with stakeholders.
  • Support project delivery across multiple regions and business units
Requirements
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO configuration and support.
  • Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least 1 S/4HANA project.
  • Strong experience in financial accounting and controlling processes.
  • Solid understanding of integration with MM, SD, PM, and Procurement modules.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in documentation, solution design, and process optimization.
  • Experience with SAP ASAP or Activate methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (SAP certification is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management processes.
  • Experience in asset accounting lifecycle (acquisition, depreciation, disposal).
  • Exposure to Plant Maintenance (PM) and manufacturing finance integration.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and financial dashboards.
