Identify, research and generate leads in the field of maritime and port, general LNG and LNG2P development, offshore wind farm development, coastal resilience and so on
Conduct background research on competitors, countries, projects, donor priorities and funding, and other BD-specific information
Organize and maintain a CRM network
Support Tender and Proposal preparation
Support Marketing & Branding campaigns
Edit, proofread, translate documents, and prepare simple graphics
Assist and execute new sales and marketing plans for key accounts
Provide administrative and logistical support, including organizing meetings and conference calls with potential partners, staff, and within the BD team

Final year student or recent graduate in Maritime, Civil Engineering, Climate Change, Environmental Studies, or other related fields.
Strong passion about pursuing a career in business development, market research, and long-term strategic planning within these areas.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken for effective interaction in an international environment.
Good understanding of basic project management skills.
Logical thinking, proactive, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working on fast-track, large-scale projects within an international organization, showcasing the ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic settings.
