- Provides key financial support at Country Business and Plan reviews
- Provides support and financial advice through value-added analysis to stakeholders on all kind of reports generated by FP&A Hub such as sales & financial reporting, MBR, QBR, Opex, Headcount report and others
- Works directly with divisional Sales & Marketing Managers in the reporting and analysis of Sales/COGS information to identify issues and opportunities.
- Conducts deep-dive sales analysis including productivity by customer/product and provides effective challenge to the Country Leadership, and Sales & Marketing functions
- Elaborates strategy with business stakeholders, weighing pros and cons and influence toward the best ROI.
- Support the decision-making process by performing scenario modeling based on a clear business understanding.
- Leverages business acumen and current market insights to drive forecast accuracy.
- Key participant in FP&A process, including the preparation and data input of quarterly sales and OPEX plans / annual budgets into Pillar.
- Analyzes performance trends and provides commentary on sales, operating expenses and other key financial parameters to improve profitability.
- Provides support and financial advice to Sales/Marketing, on employee commissions plan.
- Investigates and reports on significant variances to ensure integrity of informationand performance against quarterly plans. Helps division remain on target.
- Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures tomeet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of BostonScientific.
- Provides input to the Quality committee in finance specific local issues, with thepurpose of finding a solution from other countries' experiences or providing advice onpotential barriers for other countries and local regulations. Drives compliance in allfinance related matters (CA&C, SOX, Statutory, monthly Closing). Participates inimplementing Quality requirements in all aspects of the Finance Process.
- Interacts with FP&A HUB to obtain the relevant financial reports to drive thesustainable business growth.
- Ensure providing timely feedback and guidance to FP&A HUB for their quality ofservice and driving the functional excellence.
