Major Duties / Key Result Areas1. Execute assigned Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs; prepare equipment incident reports and work orders to ensure equipment stability and availability.2. Take primary responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving issues during the production shift.3. Identify and communicate potential equipment risks or failures to Maintenance Supervisors.4. Complete maintenance reports for each shift.5. Accurately and fully record all incidents during the shift and ensure detailed shift handover.6. Provide timely support and resolution for equipment breakdowns to ensure smooth production operations.7. Adjust and repair equipment issues during the production shift.8. Immediately report any critical incidents in accordance with maintenance procedures.9. Propose required spare parts and materials (quantity, specifications, etc.) to the direct supervisor in a timely and accurate manner to ensure equipment stability during production.10. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and other repair requests from relevant departments during the shift.11. Inspect and carry out adjustments and repairs based on checklists and equipment log sheets.12. Attend all departmental/team meetings fully and on time.13. Support colleagues during the shift to achieve overall maintenance objectives.14. Propose initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance maintenance efficiency.15. Contribute ideas and solutions to address technical issues.Requirements / Qualifications1. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.2. Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings.3. Careful and detail-oriented.4. Willingness to work in shifts.5. Strong problem-solving skills.6. Diploma or higher (Intermediate or College level and above).7. Major: Mechanical Engineering / Automation / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Electrical / Maintenance & Repair.8.
