- Develop and execute the Vietnam market entry and expansion strategy for Traze
- Build and drive full-funnel digital growth strategy, including:
- Own and manage key business metrics including:
- Work closely with Group Product teams to:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to refine business strategy
- Build, lead, and scale the local team across growth, marketing, and operations
- Establish and manage local partnerships, affiliate networks, and business channels
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align business direction and execution
- Ensure effective operational processes, governance, and compliance standards are in place
- Manage and approve regional budget (OPEX) and resource allocation
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 5-12 years of experience in:
- Proven track record in:
- Strong understanding of:
- Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Mandarin Chinese is preferable
- Experience in Forex / trading / crypto platforms
- Experience working with regional or China-based stakeholders
- Experience in affiliate / IB (Introducing Broker) business models
- Based in Vietnam
