- Maintaining professionalism of internal and external trainers
- Advising on continuous improvement of learning offerings
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR. Having experiences in Training is an advantage
- Experience in manufacturing environment is preferable
