Local Competencies CoordinatorMichelin, the Worldwide leader in Tires, is hiring!Job overview:Partner with LCM and PDP to support people and team development by:

Delivering and ensuring access to relevant learning programs
Ensuring training is effective and well-executed
Maintaining professionalism of internal and external trainers
Advising on continuous improvement of learning offerings

Key Requirements:

Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR. Having experiences in Training is an advantage
Experience in manufacturing environment is preferable
