Service delivery management & HR consulting
- Manage team on daily operation activities including Payroll, Outsourcing & Staffing.
- Supervise and guidance staffing team lead as well as consultant on problem solving, settle down the clients and service issues.
- Take responsibility for monthly service quality, including payroll & billing to make sure it runs smoothly, accuracy and on time process; develop template and improve procedure as needed.
- Final check and take responsibility on all transaction, reports, contracts regarding to department's service.
- Give advisory to the team for all labor/ local laws/ practice/ market/ consulting service.
- Playing as escalate level to solve all the issues that relate to client service and monitor the quarterly/ yearly survey to improve service quality.
- Work with the client to develop and implement cost saving / process efficiencies.
- Develop and implement work processes that improve the operations within the Business Unit
- Advisory for recruitment pool and recruitment pipeline and work with recruitment team to ensure quality and quantity of candidates/shortlist.
- Working closely with legal and manager to provide best consult/ solutions to clients about local practice and process.
- Conduct workshop/ training/ sharing experience to team about actual case study and applying local law in providing Outsourcing service.
- Advise team leaders/ members with creative solutions related to Staffing Outsourcing service.
- On going follow up with client's request and order regarding payroll, outsourcing & staffing service.
- Take main responsibility and activity on approaching and follow up with new clients.
- Work closely with team leaders to ensure the quality & quality of service provided to clients as commitment.
- Work closely with sales team on sales reports, surveys, quotation and give best solution for country practice.
- Manage monthly P&L to make sure the development of business, forecast for monthly/ quarterly Revenue, direct cost, GP, headcounts, follow up AR and collect debt on time.
- Manage the team in a stable way and improve the daily process of service.
- Weekly/ monthly report to management board as needed and commit the timeline.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in HR and related fields.
- At least 5 years of professional experience HR (C&B & Recruitment) with least 2 years in leadership role and 2 year working experience working with blue color.
- Fluent English (04 skills).
- 18 Annual Leave Days MIN (additional 1 day per 2 years of service, max 30 days).
