- Strategic Leadership: Define, communicate, and execute the long-term strategic direction for the business, ensuring alignment with group vision and shareholder objectives.
- P&L Management: Oversee and drive a business with full P&L management, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Market Development: Identify and capture new market opportunities in Vietnam and the wider ASEAN region, leveraging industry knowledge and local market insights.
- Operational Excellence: Lead manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations to achieve best-in-class quality, cost efficiency, and service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team, fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, regulators, and investors, ensuring trust and credibility.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure the business operates within legal, ethical, and sustainability standards.
- Proven track record as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior P&L leader in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, or related industries.
- Experience managing P&L exceeding THB 2 billion (or equivalent) in a regional or multi-country setting.
- Strong knowledge of the food and beverage packaging sector is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in business growth, operational transformation, and market expansion.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Fluency in English, with Thai language capability preferred.
- A strategic leadership role with autonomy to shape and grow the business in Vietnam and beyond.
