Our client, a prominent Vietnamese company specializing in food ingredients, is looking for a seasoned and visionary Chief Operations Officer (COO). This executive will oversee manufacturing operations across various subsidiaries and spearhead technological advancements, particularly in artificial intelligence and robotics.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Operational OversightManage daily operations across multiple production facilities.Design and execute strategies that support the company's mission and long-term objectives.Production EfficiencyMaintain high standards of quality and safety in all production processes.Streamline resource use and scheduling to meet market needs effectively.Technology AdvancementDrive the adoption of AI and robotics to improve manufacturing capabilities.Assess and implement innovative technologies, including automation and smart systems.Team LeadershipGuide and mentor operational teams to promote continuous improvement.Ensure staff are well-trained in modern manufacturing techniques and technologies.Performance MonitoringDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success.Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.Financial StewardshipLead budgeting efforts for production operations.Manage costs efficiently while upholding product quality.Identify opportunities for cost reduction without sacrificing standards.Expectation:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production management and a strong history of leveraging cutting-edge technologies to boost operational performance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.
At least 20 years of experience in manufacturing and production management.
Deep understanding of production systems and operational best practices.
Demonstrated success in applying AI and robotics in industrial settings.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Skilled in data analysis and strategic decision-making.
