A market leader in the agribusiness sector is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to drive financial strategy, governance, and commercial performance across its multi-country operations. This is a pivotal executive role with direct influence on strategic planning, capital management, and business transformation.As a Group CFO, your main responsibilities will include:

Shaping and executing the group's financial strategy, including long-term planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
Partnering on strategic initiatives such as M&A, capital allocation, and business transformation
Leading financial operations across geographies, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and harmonization of reporting standards
Driving commercial finance initiatives including pricing, cost optimization, and profitability analysis
Strengthening governance frameworks, risk management, and internal audit functions
Managing investor relations and board-level financial communications

Leadership role in a multi-country organization with strong investor backingLead strategic financial transformation and drive long-term value creationA successful Group CFO should have:

15+ years in senior finance roles, including regional or group-level leadership
Experience in export-driven, multi-country businesses; Private Equity-backed exposure is a plus
Proven track record in financial transformation and cross-border team leadership
Commercially driven, hands-on, and culturally agile
Effective communicator with board-level presence
