Job Responsibilities
- Interpretation & Translation + Interpret in meetings between Japanese managers and local staff. + Translate documents, e-mails, and technical drawings (Japanese ⇔ Vietnamese). - Sales Support & Office Tasks + Prepare sales-related documents, PR materials, and reports. + Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with clients. + Support ordering and follow up with customers. + Other tasks assigned by the Manager.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: From Vocational school and above (preferably related to engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics) ・Language: Japanese Business level (Equivalent to N2) ・Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in the manufacturing industry.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experience as a technical trainee in Japan (metal processing or related). ・Work experience in a Japanese company. ・Experience using AutoCAD (for reading/understanding drawings). ・Apprenticeship experience required for Japanese speakers (not for international students).
