Expectation
- The company will set up newly in Vietnam. - Assist a Japanese director with various tasks like interpreting, administrative work, and coordinating with other departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate and interpret between English and Japanese Vietnamese. - Manage the Director's schedule, arrange meetings, and travel. - Support with reports and presentation materials, organize and store documents - Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and convey the Director's instructions - Accompany on business trips - Provide other support for the Director's tasksJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Gender: Female preferred. - Age: 28~40. - Education: Bachelor's. - Language: - Japanese: Business Level (N1 or living for a long time in Japan) - English: Conversational Level. - Experience: - More than 5 years of experience using Japanese and English in the following positions: Japanese Assistant, Interpreter, Secretary - Have experience well any of the following back office tasks: - GA&HR - Accounting
