Our Vietnam team is looking for a sales manager to drive business growth through thoughtful and impactful work. A strong individual that believes in the power of storytelling to drive sustainable business growth. He/ She will report to Vietnam’s Country Manager.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our B2B clients, and leading our sales team to meet company objectives. This is a key role that requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the logistics industry and B2B sales experience.What you will deliver
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or business segment.
  • Deliver his /her own sales target and support team members to meet their KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of B2B Sales experience in logistics industry
  • Capable of both team management and self-execution.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team (size 2-4 members)
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Demonstrate high self disciplined
  • Result oriented mindset
  • Strong commercial sense and business acumen
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
