- Adecco client, a reputable international insurance company is actively seeking talents for Sales Executive role to join and grow them business.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including participation in insurance tenders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, agents, and reinsurance partners.
- Provide professional consultation, negotiate terms, and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Support policy issuance, client servicing, and premium collection.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Claims, Underwriting, Accounting) to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare insurance quotations, reports, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or client servicing (tendering experience is a plus).
- Good understanding of insurance products and processes.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Competitive salary (up to 25M VND) plus performance bonus.
- Monthly allowances up to 7M VND (transportation, lunch, communication).
