Mô tả công việcMortgage Loan Products:Develop the organization for selling mortgage loan products: processes, systems, and resources.Collaborate with departments and partners to launch home loan/mortgage products.Build a product launch strategy: positioning, communications, and sales channel network.Credit Card Products:Identify and build a partner network to sell credit card products.Plan and implement promotional campaigns to boost sales.Manage and optimize the performance of sales channels.Monitor market trends, propose product improvements and suitable development strategies.Team Management & Operations:Build, lead, train, and motivate the credit card and mortgage sales teams.Set KPI criteria, monitor performance, and plan for improvement.Provide regular performance reports, identify issues, and propose adjustments to the management team.Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Executive Board.Yêu cầu công việcUniversity graduate, majoring in Business Administration, Finance, or related fieldsAt least 7 years of management experience in the Banking or Consumer Finance industry; preference given to candidates with relevant experienceIn-depth understanding of mortgage loan and credit card productsStrong skills in communication, persuasion, leadership, negotiation, time management, and analysisHigh level of integrity and honestyProficient in Microsoft OfficeEnglish proficiency is an advantage
