Job Category: Supply ChainDegree Level: BachelorsJob Description:Job Summary:onsemi is seeking a driven, self-motivated professional to join their Logistics team. As a Logistics Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with global teams in support of equipment shipments and carrier relationships as part of a dynamic logistics environment.· Lead regular meetings with key carriers to review performance and any issues.· Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to onsemi's carrier base.· Assist with the issue and follow up on 8D requests (Formal damage investigations)· Coordinate ad hoc spot quote requests across multiple providers and shipments.· Participate in the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation.· Identify and implement process improvements.Data Analytics utilization to drive efficienciesonsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future. Manage all aspects of import and export shipments, including Customs declarations in the Ecus systems.
Monitor and manage shipments in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Resolve issues related to assigned tasks promptly and efficiently.
Report to the Supervisor and Manager on a regular basis.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's operations and import/export processes.
Provide guidance to suppliers or requestors on shipping cargo in or out of the factory.
Assist in the development of logistics plans and procedures.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports, as well as other reports as required.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Monitor and control shipping cost of shipments.

Qualifications:

University degree in relevant fields
2~3 years' experience in Import & Export
Having knowledge of Customs Finalization Reports is an advantage
Is an organized, motivated, analytical, and capable problem solver.
Strong communication skills, good at English
Well independently or as members of a team and have sound negotiating skills.
Able to lead and motivate subordinates to achieve organizational goals.
Able to plan and execute plans effectively.
Able to meet budgetary requirements.
Effective decision-making skills and can think logically.
