The position will be based in An Phuoc, Long Thanh, Dong Nai, and report directly to the Country Manager.Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and software development teams to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate, relevant data.
- Collect, analyze, and manage internal and external datasets to support decision-making across departments.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights for stakeholders at all levels.
- Improve data quality, integrity, and consistency through robust data management practices.
- Support the integration and alignment of data across multiple platforms and systems.
- Provide regular performance and analytical reports tailored to departmental and organizational needs.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that inform business strategies.
- Assist and train teams in the effective use of data tools, including providing documentation and user guidance.
- Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows using appropriate programming and database tools.
- To conduct scenario analyses and simulations to support forecasting, sustainability planning, and impact.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analyst / Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s in engineering, Agroforestry, Business/Economics, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in statistical and analytical tools for data exploration and reporting.
- Skilled in data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or Qlik.
- MS Office tools, with advanced knowledge in Excel.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Experience with databases, particularly MySQL and Snowflake.
- Experience with ETL/ELT workflows to prepare raw data for analysis.
- Knowledge of agriculture and/or sustainability (like yield, seasonal effects) is a plus.
- Good at data management
- Meticulous & thorough in transversal analysis of multiple data points
- Being proactive
- High motivation to work independently in a multicultural environment
- Good social and communication skills
- Travel to coffee operations, if required
