- Develop and implement change management strategies to foster a positive change mindset within the division and plans tailored to operational project.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify key areas of focus.
- Own and manage the division’s implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
- Ownership of the Operation division’s implementation roadmap
- Partner with project managers, business leaders, and HR to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
- Collaborate with business process owners to create and manage a clear communication plan, ensuring consistent messaging and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and people managers to help them fulfill their change leadership roles.
- Design and deliver tailored communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and executive alignment materials for diverse business audiences.
- Collaborate with training teams to develop and implement learning programs that support capability building.
- Facilitate training and development programs to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, using feedback and data to make informed adjustments.
- Track adoption metrics and feedback to continuously improve change interventions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to enhance engagement and refine change approaches.
- Participate in change governance forums and provide regular updates on change progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Prudential’s change management frameworks and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Company Management.
