We are hiring detail-oriented admins for two roles: Quote Support and Order Support. The Quote Support role focuses on assisting with quote preparation, maintaining data, and supporting an AI-powered quoting system. The Order Support roles involve processing accepted quotes into sales orders, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring accurate order tracking and documentation.

Prepare quotations and attach relevant specification sheets and warranty documentation
Learn and assist in managing the internal AI-powered quoting platform
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date status tracking
Provide support for overflow quoting tasks as needed
Monitor and manage the shared orders inbox
Convert approved quotes into sales orders
Coordinate with Project Administrators and track order fulfillment progress
Maintain organized and accurate records across all quoting and order activities
