Job Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate for new Scrum team - Help everyone understand Scrum theory and practice. - Coach the team members to become self-management and cross-functionality. - Remove impediments to the Scrum Team's progress. - Help in creating/managing backlogs - Help with Scrum metrics collection.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Languages: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2 or above) ・Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master ・Excellence knowledge and understanding of Scrum framework. ・Good understanding of the software development process.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to learn and achieve superior results ・Good understanding and hands-on experience in programming skill ・Have certifications related to Scrum. (CSM, CSD, etc..) ・Have Agile development-related knowledge other than Scrum (Lean, XP, TDD, ATDD, etc.). ・Have experience living and working in Japan.
