Job Responsibilities
In charge of the HRGA group, mainly for: • C&B (monthly payroll, PIT, benefits,...) • Recruitment • Training for staff & new employees, periodically training company culture • Employee development and orientation. • Performance evaluation and appraisal. • Expats and foreign staff support such as Work permits and visa procedures • Managing related expenses and payments. • Other internal activities and events.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree - Language: Japanese - Business Level and English - Business Level - Experience: ・Experienced as HRGA Manager for at least 5 years in Japanese companies ・Excellent interpersonal skills, high problem-solving skills, and high management skills. ・People development and management experiences in Japanese companies.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Knowledge of IT is a plus
