Job Description :Responsibility:
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to support daily tasks related to listing quality and issue resolution.
  • Assist in reviewing outsourced (BPO) work to ensure listing quality and productivity meet required standards.
  • Support quality checks to ensure listings follow platform policies and internal efficiency guidelines.
  • Contribute to translation projects by helping identify listings that need translation and supporting BPO review processes.
  • Participate in researching and testing new listing service ideas based on market needs.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the team lead.
Requirements :
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience in data analysis & reporting field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Data, or related majors).
  • Good logical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in E-commerce and online platforms is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
