Position Objective/Expectation
Practical development work and recording/storage management of samples submitted to customers.
Job Responsibilities
Mainly, the following tasks are related to unsweetened premixes (premixes for fried products): - Conducting development tests (creating premix prototypes, preparing raw materials, processing tests, evaluations, etc.). - Creating samples for submission to customers (premix samples, product samples). - Recording and managing the storage of development test content conducted and samples submitted to customers. - Accompanying sales/proposals to customers. - Managing and maintaining equipment and tools necessary for development work.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Language: Business-level in Japanese or English (Japanese preferred) ・Experience & Skills: At least 1 year of R&D experience in the food industry - Proficient in PC skills - Proactive in approaching tasks
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experience in new factory startup ・Having experience in R&D in premix or related products ・Deep knowledge of food hygiene and safety ・Management experience as a leader
