LocationHanoiCompany and Job OverviewA reputable construction company dedicated to delivering top-tier interior fit-out and construction projects throughout Vietnam.Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with design, project management, and procurement teams to support seamless project delivery.Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual terms, and local regulations.Track and manage project costs, identifying discrepancies and recommending cost-effective solutions.Generate project cash flow projections and monitor spending to ensure financial alignment.Perform quantity take-offs and create detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from project drawings and specifications.Offer cost optimization advice and value engineering strategies to enhance project outcomes.Oversee tendering processes, including evaluating and negotiating with contractors and vendors, and finalizing contract awards.Maintain and update cost databases, historical records, and supplier pricing information.Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for interior design and fit-out projects.Verify and process subcontractor invoices, progress claims, and contract variations.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, ideally within interior fit-out or construction sectors.Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and AutoCAD software.Strong skills in analysis, negotiation, and effective communication.In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, materials, and methodologies.Familiarity with Japanese companies or clients is highly desirable.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.Experience in high-end interior projects meeting Japanese quality standards is preferred.Proficiency in English; Japanese is a plus.BenefitCompetitive salary and benefits packageHigh-performing, multicultural working environment.Continuous learning and development opportunities.
