Mô tả công việc1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting
  • Prepare, analyze, and validate Bills of Quantity (BoQ) and cost estimates for EPC, BOP, and O&M packages.
  • Develop project cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor market price trends for solar panels, inverters, BESS, and construction materials.
2. Tender & Procurement Support
  • Participate in tender evaluation, bid analysis, and cost comparison for contractors and suppliers.
  • Provide recommendations to ensure cost competitiveness and value for money.
3. Cost Control During Construction
  • Track project expenditures against approved budgets and forecasts.
  • Verify contractors' work quantities and certify interim payment applications.
  • Control cash flow to ensure compliance with project milestones.
  • Assess cost implications of design changes, variations, and claims.
4. Project Financial Reporting
  • Prepare periodic cost reports, cost-to-complete forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Advise project management team on financial risks and opportunities.
5. Collaboration & Compliance
  • Work closely with Contract Manager to align cost control with contract terms.
  • Ensure all cost management activities comply with local regulations and international standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in contract management for power/energy projects (renewable energy preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, EPC, PPP, and Vietnamese legal framework.
  • Proven experience in claims/disputes resolution and contractor negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (legal & technical terms).
