  • Confirm sample orders in the Bosch system and maintain the internal master file.
  • Support sample management for sales and testing purposes within Bosch's internal divisions in Japan.
  • Finalize and follow up on technical confirmations with the Software, Hardware, and Mechanical teams in Japan and Vietnam.
  • Monitor and negotiate production plans in English with plants where samples are produced (Germany, USA, Mexico, China, etc.).
  • Communicate sample delivery negotiation results and collaborate with the sales/engineering teams in Japan and engineering in Vietnam (English/Japanese).
  • Facilitate sample management meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure sample quality meets customer requirements by creating related documentation.
  • Act as the key user for the Sample Order Management Tool and utilize IT tools (SAP).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a logistics, technical, business administration, or communication-related field.
  • Proficiency in Business English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).
  • Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and the ability to multitask.
  • Independent and proactive work style.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Process oriented thinking
  • Experience in logistics, production or customer service is an advantage
