- Manage the onboarding process for new and existing web & app owners, including inventory setup, demand activation, ad placement configuration, and quality checks.
- Work hands-on with leading platforms and technologies in the programmatic advertising ecosystem
- Deliver data-driven analysis and recommendations to maximize publisher revenue.
- Work closely with the Publisher Engagement and Product teams to provide customized consultation for publishers in each market.
- Research ad tech trends, publisher needs, and emerging technologies (AI, automation,...) to identify potential improvements.
- Keep up to date with industry research, performance benchmarks, and new monetization opportunities.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, including display and programmatic ecosystems.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager, AdMob.
- Logical, data-driven, independent, and a quick learner.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong passion for the work.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded, willing to learn, and proactive.
- Knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) or frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js) is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with automation tools is an advantage.
