1. Create strategy and manage resource capacity of Quality team to achieve target of the company
2. Leading and skill up management for all leaders and managers in organization as well as build and develop organization lean & effective
3. Provide leadership in quality tool deployment to functional area
4. Manage day to day QA operation to ensure all customer's requirements are properly met
5. Drive preventive and corrective actions throughout the operation
6. Leading solutions to improve cost of poor quality (FPY, block, scrap, rework etc.)
7. Ensure QMS & EMS and local or region requirment compliance are metEducational background University degree in Engineering
Experience
At least 10 years working experience in QA management in manufacturing
Exprience working with customer in Electronics field
Skill
- Must have excellent management skills in factory environment and Quality mindset
- Strategy thinking & decision making oriented business
- Excellent teamwork ability and co-operation to other departments
- Excellent interpersonal skill in multinational environment with using English fluently (having Chinese is an advantage)
