Job Responsibilities
- Manage the production line (precision machining), ensuring the achievement of KPIs including workplace safety, quality, delivery time, productivity, and production tooling costs. - Set action targets for the team. - Implement and propose improvements to enhance production efficiency. - Conduct training and correct errors for team management staff. - Monitor and remind team members of compliance with internal regulations and production processes. - Monitor and evaluate employee performance. - Recommend changes to the team's organizational structure to establish a better management system. - Report all department-related issues. - Further details will be discussed during the interview.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical - Electronic, Automation,.. ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (Highly preferred) or English - Business Level ・Experience: - Having 5 years of experience working in a mechanical processing manufacturing plant and at least 3 years in a production line management position. - Has experience in production process improvement activities. ・Knowlege and Skills: - Has knowledge of NC and CNC machining. - Knows and can apply 7 quality management tools and data analysis. - Understands Kaizen and 5S. - Well-organized, with good planning and progress management skills.
